# How do I change my email or account details?

Account settings holds your display name, your email address, and your saved payment methods. Open the profile menu and tap account settings.

## Your display name

Change it any time. It's what appears when you're signed in, and it doesn't need to be your legal name.

## Your email address

This one matters more than it looks. Your email is how you sign in and where every ticket gets sent, so changing it changes both.

Update it in account settings. Codes and tickets go to the new address from then on.

## Tickets you already bought stay where they were sent

Changing your email doesn't move past orders. Tickets went to the address that was on the order at checkout, and they stay in that inbox.

If you've lost access to that inbox and need a ticket resent, the organizer can resend it, or email [support@gaytherings.com](mailto:support@gaytherings.com) with the event name and both addresses.

## Saved cards

Add or remove cards in account settings. Removing one doesn't affect an order you've already placed, and refunds still go back to the card that was originally charged even if it's no longer saved.

## What you can't change

Details on a completed order are fixed, including the email the tickets went to. That's what keeps an order record honest, and it's why the checkout email is worth a second look before you pay.
