# How do I contact Gaytherings support?

Email [support@gaytherings.com](mailto:support@gaytherings.com). That's the fastest way to reach a person, whether you're an attendee or an organizer.

## What to include

The more you give us up front, the fewer rounds it takes.

For a ticket or order: the event name, and the email address you used at checkout. An order number if you have it.

For an event you're organizing: the event name and the email on your organizer account.

## The other addresses

* [support@gaytherings.com](mailto:support@gaytherings.com) for anything about tickets, orders, refunds, or your account.

* [support@gaytherings.com](mailto:moderation@gaytherings.com) for reporting an event, appealing a flag, or asking to have a listing removed.

* [hello@gaytherings.com](mailto:hello@gaytherings.com) if you organize events and want to talk about bringing them here. Also the place to write if something you need is missing, or your events run on a workflow we don't support yet. We'd rather hear it than have you work around it.

## If your event is today

Say so in the subject line. And if you're already there and can't get in, talk to the check-in team first, since they can look you up and sort it out on the spot faster than we can.

## Before you write

If it's about a ticket you bought for an event that sells somewhere else, that platform holds your order, not us. We can't look up something we never processed.

And if it's about the event itself, the schedule, the lineup, the door policy, the organizer knows and we don't. Their details are on the bottom of the event page.
