Can I move my events to Gaytherings from another platform?
Yes, and if something is standing in the way, we'd rather hear about it than lose you to it. Email hello@gaytherings.com and our product team will get back to you.
If you're locked into a contract
Plenty of venues and producers are. Tell us what you're tied to and when it ends, and we'll work out what makes sense: running alongside your current platform, moving one event as a trial, getting everything ready for the day your term is up, or something else entirely. There's usually more room than it looks like from inside the contract.
We won't pretend we can void an agreement you've signed. But we'd rather hear what you're up against and find a way through it than have you assume the answer is no.
If you're a venue
Venues have needs that a one-off event platform doesn't cover: recurring programming, multiple rooms, resident promoters, staff who need access without seeing everything, reporting that treats the venue as the unit rather than the event.
If you want to run your whole calendar here, say so and we'll talk properly.
If a feature you rely on is missing
Tell us which one. We're building this now, and what organizers actually use shapes what gets built next. Some of what you need may already be on the way, and some of it we'd build because you asked.
Custom workflows are on the table too. If your operation does something specific and the standard flow doesn't fit it, that's a conversation rather than a no.
Bringing your existing events over
Send us what you have. A list, a spreadsheet, links to your current listings, whatever exists. We'll help get them set up rather than leaving you to re-enter a season's worth of events by hand.
What to include when you write
Roughly how many events you run and how often, what you're using now, what's blocking the move, and anything that has to work on day one. That's enough for a useful first reply.
