Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
Not yet. Ticket transfers are coming to Gaytherings, and until they arrive there's no supported way to move a ticket to someone else's name. What's coming Transfers will let you send a ticket to another person properly: their name, a fresh QR code, your old one retired. Resale is on the roadmap after that, so tickets can change hands safely instead of through a stranger's DMs. Until then The QR code is what gets scanned, and it isn't checked against a name. Canceled and postponed are two different things, and they work differently. If an event is canceled Your order is refunded automatically. There's nothing to submit and nothing to chase. You get the ticket price back plus any service fee you paid us. The payment processing fee stays with the processor, because it isn't returned to us when a transaction is reversed, and the exact amount appears in your refund confirmation. Every event publishes its own refund policy Organizers set the refund policy when they create an event, and it's locked once the event is published. Whatever policy applied when you bought is the one that governs your order, even if the event changes in other ways. Usually not before you've talked to us. Email support@gaytherings.com with the event name and your order number, and we can often sort it out in a day.
